SCANNING
ArtisanScans utilizes fluid mounting for transparency to provide better reproductions with finer detail, less grain and spotting problems. Whether it be film or reflectives, we can produce high resolution RGB art quality, medium resolution or CMYK for presswork and low resolution jpegs for email.
All scans are profiled and then downloaded to CD at no extra cost. If requesting high resolution we offer an 8x10 semi-matte QC output for your approval.

ART REPRODUCTIONS
ArtisanScans designs to please even the most exacting artist creating an “eye popping” and outstanding product. We use Epson Ultrachome HDR inks and varied art/photographic media Acid Free art paper by Hahnemuhle, MuessoMAX.

in matte, semimatte and gloss, along with PhotoChrome and Gloss photo paper.

GALLERY WRAPS
ArtisanScans produces paper/canvas output along with some fabric available. Custom requests always considered. We provide gallery wrap and finish coat with hanging hardware installed – ready for your gallery hanging. Standard gallery wrap utilizes heavy duty 1.5” heavy-duty stretcher bars, unless otherwise requested.
COLORMATCH
ArtisanScans strives to match color exactly on the first run. However, on some RGB negative film or pastel/black & white work a few secondary rounds may be necessary to produce the optimum results. We will provide a master proof for your QC inspection, upon request, and two free rounds of post-production in Photoshop. Additional fine tuning after post-scanning Photoshop work will be billed at $50 per hour in one-quarter hour increments. We reserve the right to add custom charges to problematic images and unique situations.
PHOTO RESTORATION
ArtisanScans will restore those “shoebox” historical photos you have treasured for years. Our artists will amaze you by restoring bent, broken photos into their original glory (or even better). Sepia tone tinted or colorized versions available. Print multiple copies and create incredible photo albums for your entire family.
SPECIAL SERVICES
ArtisanScans will quote on special photo composition, retouching and other digital services – collages, people removal, color changes and photo enhancement to your exact specifications.
